Can someone else pick up the product for me?

 Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order for you.  

After you receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup, in the email you will have the option to chat with the vendor. 

By clicking on it a chatbox will appear, send a message informing the vendor of the name of the person who will pick up your order on your behalf. Share the individual's name and your order number. 

If the vendor refuses to submit or give the item to that person, inform them to check if they have received any new messages from you, giving them a heads up about someone coming to pick up the order on your behalf.

IMPORTANT: If it is you or someone else picking up your order. We urge you to check that this order is yours before leaving the store to reduce any misunderstanding and trips back and forth to our locations.
