Help CenterWe insist that you save your design as often as possible so as not to lose it due to external factors. This allows you to retrieve your design with just your email anytime you come back to the Design Lab.
To save your design, Click on the Save button on the bottom right of the Design Lab.
Enter a unique name and your email address to save your design.
We also allow you to save your design when you’re checking out.
An email will be sent right away allowing you an easy way to access your saved design.
To find your design, log in to your account or click on the retrieve design button at the left navigation bar of the Design Lab and you will simply find all your previous designs.
Also, you can click on the retrieve design button at the bottom of the site and you will simply find all your previous designs, edits, or orders.
