My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Every item undergoes inspection before being carefully packaged for shipping or car delivery. While instances of damaged packages are rare, we understand that they can occur. If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@samedaycustom.com, attaching a picture that clearly shows the damage.

If the damage is attributable to the courier or delivery company, appropriate action will be taken. However, if the damage occurred on our end, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we'll promptly ship you a new item.
