My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

All our items go through inspection before being packaged for shipping. 

We rarely have any issues with packages being damaged, however, we do understand that such situations happen sometimes. Contact us through email at info@samedaycustom.com, along with a picture that shows the damage. 

If the carrier was responsible for this damage, action will be taken. But if the damage occurred from our side, we apologize for any inconvenience and we will gladly ship you a new one.
