My order arrived late, what do I do?
The shipping estimate that you received when you placed your order, is based on distance, and expectancy that our third-party courier fulfills the shipment on time.
We ask for your understanding that sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. We can further investigate the reason for the late arrival, and even though we cannot fix this issue, we will gladly offer future discounts for your next order.
