How to change my Store's location after an order is placed?Unfortunately, we are unable to change your pickup location once your order is assigned. Although if there is an emergency, you can contact us; through chat by clicking on the blue icon at the bottom left side of your screen. or by emailing us at info@samedaycustom.com. or simply by filling and submitting the form on our contact us page. We will see if something can be done to resolve your issue.

What are your hours of operation?We are available 24/7 to place your order. Keep in mind that our physical Partner Stores business hours will vary based on your location. Once your order is placed and assigned to a local partner store, you will be able to view the store's hours of operation, along with their contact information and address. Please note that all of our Partner Stores are open Monday - Friday, and a significant portion of them are available on weekends.

Where are you located? Address? Where I'm picking up from?Our store location addresses vary based on your location. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email about your order summary, You will get a separate email informing you that your order has been assigned to a store. The email will include the store's name, contact information, and physical address. In some cases, the "order has been assigned to a store" email will take up to 15 minutes to be sent.
