In the checkout phase, you will be provided with an estimated date and time when your order will be ready to be picked up.
We would like to remind you that we use business hours to calculate the estimated time that your order will be ready.
For example, if at checkout, the system estimated your order to be ready in 4 business hours. That means the order will be ready in 4 operational hours. If your order was placed at 8:00 PM today and the location that your order gets assigned to closes in one hour (9:00 PM), that means your 4-hour count will be split into two business days; 1 hour will be counted today, and 3 hours will count the next business day. So your order will be ready 3 hours after the location opens the next business day.
