Will I be able to know the location and contact information before I submit my order?

Unfortunately, as customer service, we can only see if there is a partner store close to your location or not. If there is, we can only see how far it is and what city it is in. You will be provided with the store's full contact information once you place your order.

If the location is too far, we have different delivery methods available, and we can arrange to have the order delivered to you using our car delivery services or shipped to you for free, which takes 1-7 business days. Rush shipping and production are available at the checkout if you want.

If there is no partner store in your area, please note that we are actively onboarding stores across the United States Of America, so we can offer you free shipping to your preferred location. Also, rush shipping and production are available at the checkout if you want.

If you choose to rush your order, you will be able to see the rush charges at the checkout as it depends on the quantity of items you’re ordering.
