My order never arrived. What should I do?
Even though this is a very rare occurrence, please:
- Check your order confirmation email and verify that the correct address was placed.
- Check the tracking number for the current status of your order.
- Contact the package carrier regarding the tracking number and your package.

If for any reason, our team made a mistake with the shipping order, we will make sure that your order is shipped again or resolve the issue in another manner.
