My order never arrived. What should I do?

Even though this is a very rare occurrence, please:

  1. Check your order confirmation email and verify that the correct address was provided.
  2. Check the tracking number for the current status of your order.
  3. Contact the package courier regarding the tracking number and your package.

If you checked all the above and nothing came up, feel free to contact us using:
