Can someone else pick up the product for me?Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order for you. After you receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup, in the email you will have the option to chat with the vendor. By clicking on it, a chatbox will appear, send a message informing the vendor of the name of the person that will pick up your order on your behalf, providing that person with your name and order number.

Do you serve or deliver to my area?Yes, we offer pickup in MOST U.S cities and Fast and FREE Nationwide Shipping anywhere nationwide. By providing your address, zip code, or city, you will be informed if we offer pickup, car delivery, or shipping in your area. This can be easily done by clicking on "Change" on the top right corner of our homepage. If your location has already been detected, you will be shown how fast you can pick up your item, or have it shipped to you, if you order immediately.

What Delivery Options do you offer?There are three types of delivery options available: Same day pick up Car delivery - This car delivery feature is still in beta testing, and it is not available for you to select at checkout. We are working hard to make it available to our customers. My order arrived late, what do I do?The shipping estimate that you received when you placed your order, is based on distance, and expectancy that our third-party courier fulfills the shipment on time. We ask for your understanding that sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. We can further investigate the reason for the late arrival, and even though we cannot fix this issue, we will gladly offer future discounts for your next order.

Do you car-deliver or ship?We offer a variety of delivery options based on your location and proximity to a store in our network. Our system auto-detects your location and then you will be informed of the available delivery options in your area. We’re still beta testing the on-demand car delivery option and it is currently not available for you to select at checkout. We are working hard to make it available soon.

When will my order arrive?In the checkout phase, you will be provided with an expected date and time of delivery. Also, you will be receiving an email that includes your expected date to receive your item, along with the courier company’s name and contact information. Please take into consideration that this is a third-party shipping service, and a lot of times, mishaps can happen that are out of our control. We are always working with our customers to ensure that their orders arrive on time.

What is the fastest way to place an order?Placing an order online is the fastest way. You will take your time designing your item in the comfort of your home using our simple designer tool. This means you will be skipping lines at the pickup store. Rush and Super Rush production/shipping options are available at checkout.

When will my order be ready to be shipped?Note that when you are going through the checkout phase, you will be informed of the estimated date that your order will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent informing you that “your order is on the way to you”, along with the tracking number with the courier company.

Where are you located? Address? Where I'm picking up from?Our store location addresses vary based on your location. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email about your order summary, you will get a separate email informing you that your order has been assigned to a store. The email will include the store's name, contact information, and physical address. In some cases, the "order has been assigned to a store" email will take up to 15 minutes to be sent.

How to change my Store's location after an order is placed?We will change your pickup location for you. But if your order has been accepted by a store, we advise you not to request a change of store location. How long does it take?Our system will give you an approximate time of when your order will be ready for pickup orders or an estimated time of arrival for shipping orders at checkout. We would like to remind you that we use business hours to calculate the estimated time that your order will be ready. For example, if at checkout, the system estimated your order to be ready in 4 business hours. That means the order will be ready in 4 operational hours.

What are your hours of operation?We are available 24/7 to place your order. Keep in mind that our physical Partner Stores' business hours will vary based on your location. Once your order is placed and assigned to a local partner store, you will be able to view the store's hours of operation, along with their contact information and address. Please note that all of our Partner Stores are open Monday - Friday, and a significant portion of them are available on weekends.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?All our items go through inspection before being packaged for shipping. We rarely have any issues with packages being damaged, however, we do understand that such situations happen sometimes. Contact us through email at info@samedaycustom.com, along with a picture that shows the damage. If the courier was responsible for this damage, action will be taken. But if the damage occurred from our side, we apologize for any inconvenience and we will gladly ship you a new one.

My order is not correct!For the person picking up the order we urge you or the person picking up the order on your behalf to check and verify your item thoroughly whether, by design, color, or size, This will save you a trip back to our location and eliminate further issues. For shipping orders, If for some reason you are missing items, missing quantity, or have received a different item than the one you have ordered, we ask you to check the confirmation email, or your account, to verify the order that you have placed is correct.
