The estimated date of delivery has passed and my order is still not assigned to a store yet, why?
There are many factors that may play a role in your order not being assigned to a specific store yet, feel free to contact us using:
- Our chat by clicking Chat with us or calling us via the top right side of your screen.

- Email us at info@samedaycustom.com,
- Or by simply filling and submitting a form on our contact us page.

Also, provide us with your order information/number. And inform us that your order has not been assigned to a store yet, and we will look into it as soon as possible, informing you of the reason why. Due to your estimated date of delivery has passed, we will gladly refund your shipping fees.
