- Clicking the chat with vendor button from your status emails.
- Logging into your account and clicking the chat icon inside your account.
- Or by contacting them directly with the phone number we provided in the email/SMS.
For pickup orders: You MUST check the number of your items, colors, quality, or any defects at the time of pickup.
For car delivery and shipping orders: You can request a refund or an exchange for your order for the following reasons only:
- If the items you received are different than what you have ordered, such as missing words, letters, different colors, etc.
- If there is a defect in the items that you received, such as holes, colors, etc.
