We recommend that you contact your fulfillment center first to try to resolve the issue by either:

  • Clicking the chat with vendor button from your status emails.
  • Logging into your account and clicking the chat icon inside your account.
  • Or by contacting them directly with the phone number we provided in the email/SMS.

For pickup orders: You MUST check the number of your items, colors, quality, or any defects at the time of pickup.

For car delivery and shipping orders: You can request a refund or an exchange for your order for the following reasons only:

  • If the items you received are different than what you have ordered, such as missing words, letters, different colors, etc.
  • If there is a defect in the items that you received, such as holes, colors, etc.
