What if I don’t like my shirt? I’m not satisfied?

We recommend that you contact your fulfillment center first to try to resolve the issue by either;

  • clicking the chat with vendor button from your status emails, 
  • log in to your account and click the chat Icon inside your account, 
  • or by contacting them directly with the phone number we provided at the ready for pickup email/SMS.

For pickup orders: You MUST check the number of your items, colors, quality, or any defects at the time of pickup. 

For shipping orders: You can request a refund or an exchange to your order for the following reasons only: 

  • If the items you received are different than what you have ordered such as missing words, letters, different colors, etc.
  • If there is a defect in the items that you received such as holes, colors, etc
