Why is my order not yet assigned to a store?

There are various factors that could contribute to your order not being assigned to a specific store yet. Please feel free to contact us through: 

  • Our chat by clicking Chat with us now via the top right side of your screen, or the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Also, provide us with your order information or number, and inform us that your order has not been assigned to a store yet. We will look into it as soon as possible, providing you with the reason for the delay.
