Why is my order not yet assigned to a store?
There many factors that may play a role in your order not being assigned to a specific store yet, feel free to contact us;
- using the chat by clicking the blue icon on the bottom left side of your screen,
- email us at info@samedaycustom.com,
- or simply by submitting a form on our contact us page or by clicking here.
Also, provide us with your order information/ number. And inform us that your order has not been assigned to a store yet, and we will look into it as soon as possible, informing you of the reason why.
