Why is my order not yet assigned to a store?
There are many factors that may play a role in your order not being assigned to a specific store yet, feel free to contact us:
- Our chat by clicking Chat with us or calling us via the top right side of your screen.

- Sending us an email at info@samedaycustom.com.
- Or by simply filling and submitting a form on our contact us page.

Also, provide us with your order information/ number. And inform us that your order has not been assigned to a store yet, and we will look into it as soon as possible, informing you of the reason why.
