How will I know my order is ready to be shipped or picked up?Pick up: An email will be sent to you informing you that your order is ready to be picked along with the store’s name, contact information, location, and business hours. Shipping: You will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way to you along with the tracking number, where you can click on it, which will make it easier for you to track your order and inform you of the carrier’s name and contact information.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. How do I know my order was processed?Check your spam/junk email folder, our confirmation email might end up there. When will my order be starting production?You will be informed once the store has started producing your order, by sending you an email saying “you did a great job, we just started on your order’s production.” You will be updated through every step of the process from start to finish.

Why is my order not yet assigned to a store?There many factors that may play a role in your order not being assigned to a specific store yet, feel free to contact us; using the chat by clicking the blue icon on the bottom left side of your screen, email us at info@samedaycustom.com, or simply by submitting a form on our contact us page or by clicking here. Also, provide us with your order information/ number. And inform us that your order has not been assigned to a store yet, and we will look into it as soon as possible, informing you of the reason why.

Will I be able to know the store’s name, location?Yes, once your order is assigned to a specific store, you will be receiving an email that includes the store’s name, contact information, location, and operating hours. In case your delivery option is pick up, an email will be sent informing you that your order has been assigned to a store along with the above information. On the other hand, if your delivery option is shipping, you will receive an email with the information of the fulfillment center that your order has been assigned to.
