Can I change something or correct a mistake after I place my order?It is possible to do so in some cases. Once your order gets assigned to a location, we urge you to contact them via chat or phone, which will be provided to you by email. If they haven’t completed the production of your order, they will be able to correct the mistake and proceed with the proper design.

Can I use my font?To be able to do this, you would need a font that is converted to a shape (object) and uploaded as a vector file

Can you help me with the design?For any difficulties that you may encounter with our designer tool, we advise you to check out our help center which contains tips about the designing process. Plus we encourage you to take a look at our designer tool help “a detailed explanation of how to use it”, you can also reach us through chat where we are ready to connect with you and offer our help if needed.

Can you match the color of my shoes, pants, car, etc?We offer a variety of colors that you can use inside the designer tool.

How can I save my design?Our system will insist on saving your design as soon as you decide to continue after the designer tool. You can also save your design by clicking on the save icon located on the design toolbar. You can name your design and it will automatically be saved into your account. An email will be sent right away to make sure you have an easy way to access your saved design.

How good will my image appear on the shirt?It all depends on the image you provided us with unless we are creating the artwork which we guarantee will look AWESOME. We always use high-resolution images for better printing quality and an easier designing process.

How to add glitter to my design/text? Can you do glitter designs?Unfortunately, only colors shown in the designer tool are available, we do not offer any glitter, but once your order is placed and assigned to a store, you can contact the store right away to ask if they can do glitter.

How to add my design?After you open the Designer Tool, you will have an option to “Add Art”. By clicking on it, a window with an option to Upload an Image will appear. Click on “Upload Image” and that will allow you to browse your device. Locate your file (image) and click Open or Select to upload the image

How to make sure the image is clear enough?As a guideline, 300 DPI is the minimum resolution required for a clear image. This will usually depend on the design and it will be a case-by-case estimation.

How to retrieve my design?You can easily retrieve it from your saved design email, retrieve the button on our website, or by logging in to your account to retrieve it.

Is any design acceptableWe print all kinds of images and design that comes to your mind, and we guarantee you that the outcome will be AWESOME! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any copyright designs. Unless you have the right to use which will be confirmed by you accepting our terms and conditions when you upload it.

My design needs to be cleaned or edited, can you help me with that?If you are unsure whether your design meets the requirements, or you think it needs to be cleaned, enhanced, etc. you are welcome to contact us, and one of our designers can help you with your image.

The color on the screen/garment does not match the one on the color chart.Screen colors do not always match with real printing colors. Same with garment colors, it is impossible to match the ink colors with garment colors and mainly in black. You will always realize a difference.

What type of image do you accept? What format should I upload?Our designer tool accepts the common image formats, such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PDF, and some of the most advanced ones, such as CDR, AI, EPS, PSD. If you are uploading a personal photograph, we suggest that the photo you will be uploading is taken or saved on your phone. We discourage uploading screenshots, as they lower the quality of the image, and do not give the best results.

Why do you need my email address to start the designing process?We care about your time and designs. We don’t want you to spend hours designing something awesome then it all goes to waste, so we collect your email address to store all your designs and layout for later use, as soon as you're done designing. Our system will send you an email with your design, you can easily retrieve it from your saved design email, the retrieve button on our website, or by logging in to your account to retrieve it.
